This UK 1st day issue includes the remix version of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' with the XEX 606-1 side 2 matrix

This rare and fine 1966 first press mono copy is on the black & yellow Parlophone label PMC 7007
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Gramophone Co Ltd...' rims
Label correctly spells 'Dr Robert'
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side two label.
Housed in a fully laminated, internal flipback, gatefold 'Ernest J.Day' sleeve
Complete with white 'Patents applied for' inner-sleeve

Matrix numbers: XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-1
Stamper numbers: 2/MPG & 9/MOL

Visual: VERY GOOD PLUS Clean and bright surfaces which display some small light non-audible/feelable hairline scratches which do NOT in anyway affect play.
100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.

Audio: EXCELLENT Having played the LP at volume I am happy to report that ALL tracks play loud and clear without any groovewear distortion or crackle
Tough to find a better sounding copy.

Cover: VERY GOOD PLUS Very strong E.J. day sleeve displaying some light handling and storage wear.
The corners show some light bruising but the opening edge is sharp and unworn, sharp and clean.
The rear panel has a matchead-size piece of missing paper and some light creasing but is otherwie unmarked
The spine is clean and readable, all seams are strong and unsplit and the flipbacks are undamaged
