Labels: EXCELLENT +
A clean & unworn set bearing just a small collection of mostly well-aimed spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Exceptionally clean & unworn playing surfaces which retain all of their deep-gloss factory shine. The only visually blemish in strong daylight is a light 2cm surface scuff but otherwise both sides appear 'as new'. Even close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a few some harmless wispy paper hairlines togehter with a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this well looked-after disc lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
Such a difficult task to find a clean, unworn sounding copy of this early mono pressing, but I m happy to say that this copy is amongst one of the better sounding examples and would be very difficult to upgrade for sound quality. Having received only extremely careful play on good -quality equipment, my single careful play-check at volume found no evidence of any groove/playwear distortion on any track. The sound is warm & clear throughout with even the delicate 'Eleanor Rigby' and 'Here, There & Everywhere' sounding clean and free from any background crackle or interference. The entire album is a joy from beginning to end and free from any clicks, pops or any other noticeable audible distractions. You will not be disappointed.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
An extremely strong, clean & unworn example which retains a clean, unyellowed bright white front panel where the only trace of wear is a single 'thumbnail' and single spine wrinkle on its unworn high-gloss laminate. Apart from a tiny bruise to the lower right corner all are in perfect shape and both opening edges are undamaged. The rear panel is clean & black where it should be with no writing or missing paper anywhere. All flipbacks are full intact and both seams are unstressed and unsplit.
The spine is clean, fully worded & unworn.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Light storage wrinkles but no writing, tears or seam splits.
