THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'

1968 UK **MONO** PRESSING LP

**NEAR MINT**

This near mint 1968 mono pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 7009
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Gramophone Co Ltd...' rims
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 1 label.
The side 2 label carries the 'Doctor Robert' spelling.

Housed in a front laminated, 'tri-flipback' mono 'Garrod & Lofthouse' monocover.
Complete with original 1967 black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-2
Stamper numbers: 5/RLO & 2/RPO

Pristine, clean and glossy surfaces bearing only a few wispy sleeve removal hairlines under a halogen desk lamp but no scuffs or scratches at all.
100% flat on the turntable without dishing or warping.

Audio: NEAR MINT

Hardly played, this copy sounds as good as the day it was bought.
There is no crackle, groovewear, clicks, pops or other audible wear on any track.
I am reluctant to grade anything I know that has been played as 'Mint' but this is a close as you can get.
You will not be disappointed.


Cover: NEAR MINT

An unworn, clean and unyellowed example which is the perfect compliment to the disc.
The front panel retains its high gloss, unscratched laminate bearing just a few wrinkles to the edges and 3 small 'thumbnails' but no heavy creases.
All corners in perect shape - square and 'unbumped' and an opening edge which is sharp and clean without any tears or 'feathering'.
The rear panel is clean and deep black with no ringwear, marks, writing or missing paper.
The spine is square and perfect, all flipbacks are clean and completely undamaged and top and bottom seams are strong, intact and unsplit.
