NEAR MINT VINYL, DEEP RICH COLOUR GLOSSY SLEEVE.
ORIGINAL 1965 UK Parlophone MONO Vinyl LP for The Beatles ‘RUBBER SOUL’ album.
The 12” VINYL LP is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, and ‘Sold in UK…’ label text.
Both record labels are in Near Mint condition, a BRIGHT, CLEAN set of record labels with just some light centre spindle lines.
Official side 1 matrix is XEX 579-4 and Side 2: XEX 580-4.
Side 1 stampers: 3/GMA and Side 2: 4/GAP.
The embossed ‘KT’ tax/price code is visible to centre of the side 1 record label.
Both sides of the BRIGHT, GLOSSY vinyl disc are in EXCELLENT PLUS condition, with no more than a few light surface hairlines, and a non sounding surface scratch on side two.
The album plays Beautifully through all the tracks with NO jumps or clicks, just very mild background crackle can be heard on a few of the tracks.
The album comes in an ORIGINAL Lined ‘Use Emitex…’ Printed Inner Bag which is a RESPECTABLE example, with No seam splits or tearing, just mild creasing.
And is housed in its ORIGINAL PATENTS PENDING first Issue Front LAMINATED Garrod and Lofthouse, three flip back, mono Sleeve.
The Original Garrod and Lofthouse Laminated Sleeve is in very nice EXCELLENT PLUS condition. What is noticeable about the front panel of the sleeve is that the laminate is VERY GLOSSY and the colours RICH, DEEP and VIVID. There is only minimal record indentation and acouple of laminate pinches.
The reverse panel of the sleeve is VERY CLEAN and BRIGHT, no handwriting, all 3 flipbacks are in stunning condition, and the back panel is clean, showing only mild age toning, and a small stain to the bottom right corner. There is no splitting to any of the edges – overall this is a very clean * MONO* sleeve.
