THE BEATLES: 'PLEASE PLEASE ME/ASK ME WHY' - 45-R 4983 –IN **REMARKABLE** CONDITION, THIS IS THE SUPER RARE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE AN ORIGINAL 1963 UK **1st PRESSING** RED PARLOPHONE LABEL VINYL 45 WITH 'MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN' LABEL TEXT - WITH THE VERY EARLY '1' AND 'GG' STAMPERS - COMES IN AN ORIGINAL PARLOPHONE WAVY LINED SLEEVE
In the most **INCREDIBLE** condition imaginable, we are very pleased to offer collectors a VERY RARE opportunity to purchase The Beatles 2nd UK Single 'Please Please Me Do', which was released way back in 1963, their first single being 'Love Me Do'.
A Description of the Vinyl 45
In our opinion harder to find than Love Me Do, this Original UK **1st Pressing** Vinyl 45 is on the Official RED Parlophone label with Silver Text, and 'The Parlophone Co Ltd'.... label rim, with 'Recording First Published 1963' label text and **WITH**'Made in Gt Britain' label text. The Vinyl 45 comes in its original and correct type Parlophone Coloured Wavy Lined Bag, which is also in CRISP condition.
The Dead Wax Matrixes and Stamper information:
The Side 1 matrix is 7XCE 17217-1N, Side 2 Matrix is 7XCE-17218-1N. The Side 1 stampers are: 'MPT1' 'L' and the Side 2 stampers are: 'MPT2', 'GG' - The stampers indicating that this is a 1st pressing! The raised 'MT' tax code is visible on the side 1 record label.
A Grading assessment of the record labels, Vinyl Disc and Sleeve:
Both sides of the Record Labels are cautiously and accurately graded in **mint** condition. Not overstated in any way, the labels are truly SENSATIONAL - they cannot be faulted - we cannot see any spider marks, nor wear! - the labels are Bright, Clean and Fresh, with absolutely NO fading, NO deterioration and of course NO handwriting! Both sides of the Vinyl Disc have to be graded in **as close to mint** as you could find, anywhere! The Vinyl is truly CRISP - A GLEAMING example - both sides look shop NEW, and it is obvious that this 45 has hardly ever been played, probably no more than once or twice and obviously very carefully! The Original Parlophone Company Wavy Lined sleeve too is in SUPER condition - the sleeve is exceptionally bright and clean - there is NO handwriting, NO tearing - hard to fault it!
An Assessment of the Playing Quality:
We have carefully played the 45, of course, to be able to report to you that both sides of the 45 plays **MINT**. There are NO skips, NO jumps, and NO distortion - just a SUPERBLY SMOOTH play - which could not be faulted!
In Summary:
An INCREDIBLE example, in the best condition that we have seen in stock, we can confidently say that this Vinyl 45 could not fail to impress any collector, no would it ever require upgrading - It would be Near Impossible to find this HISTORIC Beatles Single in any better condition – **TOP INVESTMENT QUALITY PURCHASE**, without doubt!
