Description: This is rare original Odeon copy ( released in 1966 ) of Beatles’ “Please Please Me” to commemorate their Japan Tour. The cover is different from UK copy, while the disc is beautiful Odeon red-wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead 8 page colorful booklet is originally attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese description", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage". But each page is off inside gate-fold cover. It’s hard to find this copy with red-wax even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/EX- ( Cover / Disc )

COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s creased around rims of back, with light ring-wear on the back. The booklet inside gate-fold is torn short on the center-fold. It’s lightly creased on each side, while being stained with spots inside gate-fold. Otherwise no dent, strip & writing…OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has some slight scuffs on the outer-groove of Side A and several with a short light scratch on that of Side B. Though there’re many scuffs & scratches on each “inner-groove”, they have no relation with the sound. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "EX-”.

OBI: OBI is missing.

INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet was originally attached inside gate-fold cover ( but each page of booklet is off the cover ).

INNER-BAG: VG, being creased on the surface of each side.
