Description
Beatles Please Please Me - rare gold first pressing. Bought in 1963 and one owner only since then.
Has uncorrected Dick James credit for I Saw Her Standing There.
Stamps on sides one and two are XEX 421-1N and XEX 421-2N respectively.
I have had it reviewed by a record shop and they classed the condition as VG. Looking at others, the sleeve and cover are in as good as I have seen. Photos show this. The cover has my mother in laws name written lightly (as a teenager this was done when she went to friends houses) but I am informed this would come off easily with something like jewellery cleaner. I do not want to do it myself in case I make a mistake.
The record itself has a few marks - again this was described as VG. I can try and take closer shots if required, please let me know. I have not played it as I do not have a record player. Let me know if this is needed and I will ask the record shop to do so.
Side one has the letters ZMT stamped in the middle.
Given the difficulty in describing the exact condition I would ask for collection as a preference with cash payment. If it is to be posted, we will make sure you are 100% happy before we go ahead as I would not be able to accept a return.
