CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT PLUS

A great looking pair with true centre holes which have not been 'inked' to hide wear.

Visual: VERY GOOD PLUS

Inspection under a direct lamp reveals some light fingernail scuffs and a few hairline needle scratches and wispy sleeve removal hairlines but no deep scratches.
The disc has certainly not been treated badly and still retain a good shine and there are but no feelable marks or major surface wear.
There is a slight dish (not warped) on side 1 which is just a few millimentres off the turntable, but this in no way affects play or sound quality. Side 2 is 100% flat.

Audio: VERY GOOD

This copy has been played often but looked after and in no way abused. I have played the LP very loudly to accurately report the sound quality.
Overall, the sound is bright, warm and clear with just some minor intermittant wear audible on some extreme peaks but no clicks, pops, jumps or repeats.
The opening and final tracks bear some slight distortion and the run-ins and bands play with somevery low level crackle but no major wear.
A respectable copy of a rare LP.

Cover: VERY GOOD

The front panel is bright and clean with an unscratched, undamaged laminate bearing just a few light creases to the edges but no 'thumbnails'.
The corners display just some light bruising, and the opening edge is clean, sharp with only extremely light wear visible but no feathering or tears.
The rear panel is clean but bears some 'ticks' in pen beside the track-listing. Otherwise no major discolouration, other marks or missing paper.
All the delicate flipbacks are in place with just a tiny missing piece in the upper right corner and some light wear to the lower edge but no other damage.
The seams are strong and unsplit and the spine is unworn, clean and readable with no missing paper or laminate.
