THE BEATLES - 'NOWHERE MAN'
The superb UK 1st pressing of their final and rarest 4-track EP dates from release in July 1966 and is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8952
A genuine red & white EMI 'Factory Sample - Not For Sale' sticker is adhered to the side 1 label.
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text and have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible around the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 904-1 & 7TCE 905-1
Stamper codes: 1/R & 1/H
Housed in a front laminated, rounded bi-flipback 'Garrod' printed cover.

The side 1 label is perfect and bears no marks or wear to or around its centre hole. The side 2 label has just two tiny marks around its centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are extremely clean but appear to have lost some of their shine when viewed in strong daylight, but are free from any significant surface marks or wear. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals a few harmless light hairlines but no further blemishes.
Play: EXCELLENT
This copy has clearly been barely played and the sound throughout is clean, warm and dry with just slight background on the opening to 'Nowhere Man', 'Michelle' and between tracks. However apart from this minor interference, there really is little to fault on this rare and fine-sounding copy.
Cover
EXCELLENT
A very respectable example of this rare cover which bears a few light creases to the corners & a small area of laminate lift towards the lower left corner, but no other significant signs of wear. All corners and both opening edges are in great shape and the rear panel is clean, white and unmarked.
