1967 USA 1st MONO PRESSING LP
**EMI IMPORT FACTORY SAMPLE**
This original US import mono pressing is on the UK black, rainbow edged Capitol label: MAL-2835
Side 1 also carries a genuine pointed-ended UK 'Factory Sample' sticker.
Housed in a thick unlaminated card gatefold cover containing the 24-page booklet.
A gold foil 'Specially Imported by EMI Records' is adhered to the upper right corner on the front panel.
Complete with its original die-cut white inner-sleeve.

Visual: EXCELLENT PLUS
Bright, clean rainbow gloss surfaces bearing just a single faint hairline mark on side 1, but no other mark or any scratches anywhere.
Close inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a few faint wispy paper hairlines but no other wear.
100% flat both sides on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: EXCELLENT PLUS
Carefully played just a few times, all tracks play superbly without any trace of background crackle or groovewear distortion.
The only fault I detected were just 2 faint ticks between tracks 4 & 5 on side 2, but no other audible wear elsewhere.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Very clean and vibrant example with just minor storagewear to the rear panel but no other significant signs of wear.
Inside is also clean & unmarked although the inside pages of the booklet has become detatched from the staples.
All corners are clean & sharp and the seams and spine are all clean and completely undamaged.
All discs are carefully play graded in their entirety on a Rega P9 deck with an Ortofon Kontrapunkt 'A' cartridge.
