"Let it Be Box Set" by the Beatles
Only the very first releases of the let it be LP album in 1970 came as a "box set", paired with a unique 170 page booklet of photos that has never been released separately.

Get Back Book - Excellent condition, full of stunning photographs . Was only sold with the box set and not available separately.
This was the Beatles final album, released in 1970. As sold, the box set was in a thin cardboard box that was very flimsy and only opened with great difficulty. Unsurprisingly this flimsy cardboard container has not survived, and is not included in the sale.

* All 170 pages inside look stunning vibrant mint colour - see selection of only 4 copied here.
* Only the lightest of fingerprint rubbing and light creasing on the cover. No creasing or marks found on any of the pages.
LP Cover
The cover for the LPs sold in the box set have a small red apple on the back at the bottom.
* Red apple logo on rear of cover.
* In extremely good condition with very good edges and little creasing of the laminate. Unfortunately a split along the end 5" of the bottom right hand edge.
LP Visual and Play
All 4 sides of the LPs have been not only visually examined, but also played on a quality deck and carefully listened to all the way through.
Both sides of the LP look visually shiny and stunning.
Side 1 visually rated EX has a small scratch in the run-in groove and a surface scratch on the last track. Play was rated VG+ , the run-in groove before the start of the music was noisy due to the small scratch, and there were occasional odd clicks during the remainder of the side noticeable mainly in "across the universe" No hops, no jumps, no sticks.
Side 2 is visually EX+ one small short scratch on track 4 which gave four quiet ticks during play of track 4. There were no hops or sticks or jumps and the remainder of the side played well with just the occasional quiet click.
