READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.

Beatles LP 1975 George Harrison Concert for Bangla Desh “All Rights” Version 2, NM!

Most collectors don’t know that there was an “All Rights Reserved” pressing of “The Concert for Bangla Desh.”  But what even fewer know is that there were two versions that were slightly different.

Collectors DO know that the “All Rights Reserved” Apple labels were only in print for 3 months, way back in 1975, October through December.  On January 1, 1976, the Apple contract had expired, and so all subsequent Beatles and solo albums were to be issued on the then-current Capitol label.

If that didn’t make the “All Rights Reserved” Apple labels rare enough, there’s a little-known fact that Apple didn’t finish printing up “All Rights Reserved” labels for “Bangla Desh.”  As a result, about half of the run exhausts the first pressing labels for the record containing sides 2 and 5.

Therefore, it’s almost impossible to find and “All Rights Reserved” set with the disclaimer on all six sides, as this one has.

Check your own "All Rights Reserved" copy if you even have one.

*Configured sides are 1 and 6, 2 and 5, 3 and 4:

Vinyl--- NM/NM.  EX/NM.  NM/NM.  Side 2 has one short scuff, which is not feelable by the fingertip.  Otherwise, the side is NM.  See photo.

Plates--- G22/G22.  Z6/Z6.  F21/Z6.  Hand-etched Delta symbol (or rifle) in the dead waxes on all 6 sides makes this copy pressed in Winchester.  Two sides have the rare “Wayne” masterer name.

Box--- EX.  With the exception of just the slightest edgewear, this box looks NM brand new.  NO CRUSHED CORNERS.

**Albums will be shipped outside of the box in order to not damage the box’ corners en route.**

Labels--- NM/NM.  NM/NM.  NM/NM.  NO SPINDLE MARKS AMONG ALL 6 SIDES.  All 6 labels shine with brand new-looking gloss.

Apple Inner Sleeves--- NM/NM.  NM/NM.  NM/NM.  All custom Apple inner sleeves look just as they did when this box was first opened.  No finger divots, no tears around the die-cut holes.  NO SEAM SPLITS.

Generic inner sleeves will be provided, so as not to damage your original Apple inner sleeves en route.

Book--- VG+.  Book has been looked through a few times, but with good care.  Each page has a few finger divots, but NO TEARS.  Staples are strong, gloss has lost a single degree of lustre.  Sharp color and text.

**This is one of the nicest sets of this boxed set that I’ve ever seen, and it’s the “All Rights Reserved” set at that!**

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)

Note:  All LP’s ship outside of their album covers in order not to damage the covers during shipment.

CAUTION!  There has been a startling increase in bidders canceling their bids.  A word to the wise, I have started blocking any and all bidders who retract their bids regardless of the reason.

Please don’t bid unless you’re willing to honor your amount, okay? Thanks!

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!)

**Check out my other auctions for more hard-to-find vinyl!
