Beatles "For Sale" JAPAN Odeon OP-8442 Red WAX Vinyl Stereo LP YEX 143 1 original thick dark red vinyl LP...worththis is only $5.00 without reserve and is about $250.00 LP in this condition if bought in a record store today...

This is the original slick 2000Y (YEN) gatefold cover with nice sharp and bright artwork on front and back ...the inside has black and white phot's and japanese writing all inside. sorry no OBI and the spine with the pink Stereo and pink dot which are not faded and the fragile box shape to the spine is in great shape without a spine split whatsoever and is not darkened as so many I have seen....

There is the original lyric sheet in English included with Japanese track listing & Odeon Records catalog number.......This has been played a couple of times and there is some lite clean souning ticks due to tiny, tiny scratch (not a skipper) on only one track "every little thing" starting and stoping on that song only & one of the very shortest songs on the LP so most is fine I would rather over-explain it playes very good and sounds worse than it really is.....

This a very hard LP to find in this version as to the fair price but you won't see one again for a while I am sure the condition is very very good and played well without any skips, gouges, or really bad scratches etc...there are some harmless marks from handeling over the last 40 years or so but nothing major I have cleaned it on a VPI newer 17F cleaner and have a 16.5 for sale (up soon) and the LP looks very nice and for as hard as this was to find, I really could not find many of these as well as "The Pink Floyd" and other music on this dark red Odeon wax but felt them all collectable really some of the best recordings I have heard........I have a large collection of rare and sought after LPs of which I will get up as soon as time permits...

I bought some of these a long time ago and have held on to them safely storing them for you in anti-static Japan made rice sleeves w/re-sealable outer sleeves and all played only a few times if ever on high end turntables from Linn to Sota to VPI. I always carefully handled and recorded onto reel to reel or a Nak Dragon deck (up soon as well) and then shelved... please look at my selection of quality that will be up soon....I also have been buying/trading/selling rarer LPs for over 30 years and did buy only the best I could find and none of it was cheap so please check back to find some more rare stuff up soon.....Thanks for looking..Please let me know what you are looking for,I will post somthing with good pictures If I have it...
