RARELY SEEN Genuine UK APPLE FACTORY SAMPLE Vinyl 45 for THE BEATLES 1969 single, ‘GET BACK/DON’T LET ME DOWN’.
Released on the official Dark Green Apple Label, with ‘Apple Records’ label rim, and ‘Sold in UK…’ label text.
The ORIGINAL White with pointed ends and red print factory sample sticker is to the side 1 record label.
Both record labels are in IMPRESSIVE excellent plus condition, CLEAN and BRIGHT showing only a few light centre spider trails.
Official Side 1 matrix: 7XCE 21296-1U and Side 2 matrix: 7XCE 21297-1U
Side 1 stampers: KT/1G and Side 2: KT4/MA.
There is an embossed KT tax/price code to the centre of the side 1 record label.
Side 1 of the Vinyl disc is in very good plus condition, showing just a few light surface hairlines, but NO deep scratches or scuffs. Side 2 of the Vinyl disc is in good condition, showing some surface scratches, one of which goes across the whole side of the vinyl and creates a light click.
The record plays through well throughout, with just some light background crackle, and a click as described above.
The Vinyl 45 comes in an ORIGINAL Glossy Black APPLE Bag, with Apple logo, showing some wear to the edges and die cuts, and a 2" split to the bottom seam.
