VINYL:                  Very Good - minor scratches to side 2, both sides would benefit from professional cleaning.
LABELS:              Very good - excellent; minor wear/scuffing and no signs of writing anywhere on the labels.
SLEEVE:              Both sides very good with NO tears - small fold to bottom right corner

This is a very rare 7-inch demo which I've looked after for 10 or more years having purchased it from someone who worked in the record industry.
