RARE EXPORT RECORD CLUB ISSUE
1967 GERMAN RECORD CLUB EXPORT PRESSING LP
Just 1,000 copies of this H 052/3 'Balloon' cover compilation were reportedly pressed by the German Record Club for export to Switzerland.
This genuine export pressing (not a reissue) is on the black & red 'Deutscher Scallplattenclub' label: H052/3
All tracks play in true stereo and features the 'hi-hat' intro to 'All My Loving'.
Housed in fully laminated glossy, German printed cover.
Matrix numbers: 12 PAL 4184-SM-1 & 12 PAL 4185-SM-1
Both matrices are machine stamped.
Disc weight: 167g

Visual: VERY GOOD
Both surfaces are extremely clean & glossy but do bear numerous wispy hairlines and some light scratches in strong daylight but nothing deep or 'feelable'. Close inspection directly beneath halogen light reveals no further significant additional faults or wear. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Play: VERY GOOD
This copy has received frequently play and some light background is audible on quieter passages. However, there is no sign of any groovewear distortion, heavy clicks, jumps, repeats or any other major faults.
Cover
VERY GOOD
Clean & bright with just normal/light handling & storagewear. The front panel is clean & glossy with just a few tiny spine wrinkles but no damage to the corners or opening edges. The rear panel has some areas of discolouration but no writing or missing paper. There is some minor wear to the spine & seams but no splits or any other major faults.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- Unless stated, all records lie 100% flat & play without distortion, jumps or sticks. All sleeves/covers have no writing, splits or tears.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
