Description
Bulldog Breed - "Made In England", Deram Nova, stereo, 1969, cat. no. SDN5, 14 tracks, matrix nos - side 1 = ZAL-9111.P-1W, side 2 = ZAL-9112.P-1W
This LP has been in my collection for many years, and has always been stored indoors and upright. It hasn't been played much, in fact probably not at all since the mid-1980s when I moved over to CDs, so I have played it through to check it (see below).
I am not a dealer so I don't have that level of specialist knowledge, but I try to describe accurately any records I am selling, and I will always try to answer any questions. Plus, if when you receive the LP, you feel that my description was inaccurate, simply return the LP within seven days of receipt for a full refund.
SURFACES - no warping, a few light surface marks, which are only visible in oblique light and which didn't affect the sound. When I played the LP (Sansui deck, Ortofon cartridge) it played really well - no skips, jumps, clicks or pops. The sound was excellent - the only surface noise was a few seconds of very faint crackle at the end of side 2 track 1, and the same at the beginning of side 2 track 2, otherwise nothing, not even between tracks. Labels are clean and bright, with very little spindle marking.
COVERS - original blue edged stereo inner sleeve. Front cover laminated, a few laminate creases, mostly at the bottom right-hand corner, where I suspect somebody, when I wasn't looking, might have bent the corner back a bit! Slight ring-wear visible in oblique light. Rear sleeve (unlaminated) has very slight ring-wear at left-hand side.
