The original print run of this Oz Festival Ep (from 1962) mistakenly listed the song “Raining in My Heart” as one of the trax. But it couldn’t be used because it was a Coral track and Festival only had the rights to Holly’s US Decca trax.The sleeve error was allowed to run for nearly two years before it was corrected. According to Ronnie Smith’s “Ultimate Discography of Oz Ep’s” “Picture sleeves with the correct track listing are considerably scarcer as most of the sales of this ep were during the first year and the ep appears to have been deleted in early 1964.
A mega Holly rarity. Rarely seen. Being fussy, the record has a very tiny mark on the run on vinyl. It doesn’t affect play whatsoever. The label is immaculate. Also, being fussy, only a hint of age marking on the non- laminated cover keeps it from being mint. Almost impossible to find a better copy of this magnificent rare gem.
