Label:   BLUE NOTE.  Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl.  Catalog number is BLP 4009.   Label is blue and white with blue text, with deep groove.  

“RVG” and ear symbol are stamped in the runout area on both sides.

No “R” symbol.

Label address is BLUE NOTE RECORDS * 47 WEST 63RD * NYC on both sides.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is nice VG++/VG+ with full original gloss.  Has been played a small number of times and handled with care.  There are several very light hairline marks that may produce an occasional very soft ticks in a few isolated places, but no loud clicks or pops.  Plays very enjoyably with superb fidelity.  Labels are clean.  A very nice playing copy.

JACKET:   Jacket is nice VG++ with no major issues.   Laminated front panel is clean and bright.  Seams are intact except for small split (approximately 1 inch) at bottom right corner opening.  Reverse has darkened slightly with age, and the original retail price ($4.98) is stamped in black ink at upper right corner.  No writing or stickers.  Overall a very presentable jacket to accompany the fine disc.
