The 3rd Death Metal attack ''Repulsive Conception'' from Illinois resident BROKEN HOPE saw the light of day first time in 1995. If the 2nd work ''The Bowels Of Repugnance'' by the 5 Gore-Death fanatics 2 years before, sounded as if they wanted to break all speed records, this plan had been shelved on the 3rd long player. However, this doesn?t mean that they are traveling by slow train. The 14 tracks + TWISTED SISTER cover still have a lot of rage and power. The menu only tastes better when it is dosed differently. BROKEN HOPE seem to be trying very hard to make everything a bit more extreme than their colleagues from CANNIBAL CORPSE. It can be served like this! This 2020s re-issued black vinyl edition is limited to 250 copies only & comes with extra lyric insert!
