• An all round excellent and original copy of this US private pressing from Ohio. An increasingly sought after private press, with long melodic dreamy tracks emanating a stoned vibe from this credible prog into psych LP. Has since been re-issued but this is an original well worth getting as they are becoming harder to grab it seems.
• Disc - grades overall ex- (excellent minus). visually vg+ (very good plus), with both sides showing fine line paper scuffs under strong light and a few light surface scratches. The disc play grades a solid ex (excellent) on both sides. Given the gentle melodic nature of the tracks, I would expect any real deterioration in sound to present itself readily, but there were no real problems with this disc. Both sides played through great. There are some faint background crackles which can be heard for a few seconds on each side and I noticed a few minor low noise pops (toward the end of S1 and on 2 tracks S2) - nothing major. I have given the disc an overall grading of ex - (excellent minus) which accounts for the combined visual grade and the overall excellent play grade. Play reveals dreamy 70's sounds; coming through nice and warm for mind karma!
• The cover is in fantastic ex (excellent) condition, please see photographs. The cover art reminds me of the sort of thing done for an art psychotherapy session...is it a bird?..or is it a paper winged dream? who know's? The cover still retains a strong, bold sharp image which has not faded, it retains a smooth matt sheen finish (not glossy laminated) the spine and seams remain crisp & sharp with a bright finish. There are no tears, writing, seam splits or ring wear. Overall this cover is looking excellent with only the very slightest of corner wear.
• The labels are clean. Slightest of spindle marks and a minor paper lift around the spindle hole of the label on side a (as can be seen in the photo's below).
• EXTRA : This is a very nice piece of 60's prog into psych and one which is increasingly in demand.
• BONUS : This copy also comes with a the non-LP 45 on Lanco productions which in itself must be hard to come by ..Makes for an overall excellent package here!!
