THERE IS SOME LIGHT CRACKLE IN PLACES BUT THIS IS PROBABLY FROM PRESSING AS BUDGET LABELS LIKE WINDMILL DID NOT ALWAYS UST THE BEST PRESSING PLANTS, VISUALLY DISC IS EXCELLENT AND SOUND QUALITY IS MOSTLY EXCELLENT.

Labels- NEAR MINT, VERY CLEAN UNMARKED LABELS.

HARD TO FIND PROGRESSIVE ROCK ALBUM FROM 1972 WHICH INCLUDES ELEMENTS OF PSYCHE / JAZZ / BLUES & CLASSICAL INFLUENCE AND IS OFTEN COMPARED TO THE LIKES OF COLLOSSEUM / ATOMIC ROOSTER / ELP & THE NICE. IT IS A HAMMOND ORGAN DRIVEN ALBUM WITH HEAVY FUZZTONE GUITAR. LITTLE IS KNOWN ABOUT THE BAND BUT SOME RESEARCH SHOWS THE MEMBERS TO BE ANTHONY BRONSDON ON HAMMOND ORGAN , PETER BALLAM ON LEAD GUITAR, ROB HAINES ON DRUMS AND JOHN BAVIN ON BASS. PERSONALLY I THINK THESE NAMES TO BE FICTICIOUS AND THE LIKELIHOOD IS THAT WINDMILL RECORDS GOT TOGETHER A BAND OF SESSIONMEN TO RECORD THIS ALBUM AS I CAN FIND NO RECORD OF THESE NAMES INVOLVED WITH ANY OTHER BANDS AND IT IS UNLIKELY THAT SUCH ACCOMPLISHED MUSICIANS WOULD ALL DISAPPEAR FROM MUSIC HISTORY. IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS ANYTHING MORE I WOULD BE PLEASED TO KNOW. WHAT REMAINS HOWEVER IS A FINE ALBUM OF PROGRESSIVE ROCK. IN MORE RECENT YEARS  THE ALBUM WAS RELEASED ON COMPACT DISC WITH DIFFERENT ARTWORK AND THE TITLE SCHIZO POLTERGEIST.

SEE MY OTHER ITEMS FOR MORE PROG ROCK AND ASSOCIATED  RARITIES   Records are graded by record collectors grading system. I also grade with item is in between a grade i.e. ex+ if i feel it is better than an excellent grade but not quite near mint.ll try to give a good and true description of items regarding any marks or audible fault   Mint:- The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface noise or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items (lyric sheet etc) are in perfect condition. Records sealed or unplayed will be mint. Excellent:- Shows some signs of having been played but very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and /or creasing. Very good:- Has been played many times but retains good sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear to the sleeve and extra items, without any major defects. Good:- The record has been played often and sound quality has deteriorated with some distortion and mild scratches.the cover and inserts suffer from folding, heavy scuffing to edges ,spine splits and discolouration.
