This is one of the most sought after of Epic classical records, a rarity by the great Abbey Simon, playing Brahms’ Variations and Fugue on a Theme by Handel, and Variations on a Theme by Paganini, on Epic LC-3050. A dazzling performance and wonderful recording from the greatest days of early hi-fi. And so rare now. This copy is just stunning. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover has only light shelfwear. This is a top copy of this classic; near impossible to beat.
