Description
Winner shall receive the United Kingdom version of the early packaged edition of Let It Be, Apple Records. Outer box is excellent with just minor shelfwear. Sticker residue visible in photo has been expertly removed from front of box, no other stickers or writing. Inner tray is separated at 2 corners but complete. Sorry, no book included. LP is in the laminated thin cover with printing on rear stating that it was printed by Garrod and Lofthouse. Record label is PCS-7096, trail off matrix number YEX 774 2u / 3u. Vinyl is a clean VG+, few needle marks track 1, side 1, otherwise plays fine. This is an early pressing but I do not know if that label number was the one that was normally included in set. There is debate as to whether these were also shipped with box set in some countries. That is exactly how I found it from the collection of a military veteran who served in Europe and Australia in the 1970's. Still hard to find in any condition . Listed with NO RESERVE and LOW minimum for a quick sale. On Apr-07-05 at 10:59:34 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE : We have 2 UK version LP's and covers. Other one has matrix number YEX-773 2u and is Near Mint. I have been told that at least one of them, possibly both, correct number to this set. ONE is included with set as described. Both covers appear to be somewhat tapered to fit in box. Outer box sleeve is much nicer and intact around other 3 corners, worst corner is shown in photo. These were from a large collection owned by a former military veteran who had many duplicates of his favorite albums, including rare items..__________________________________price rating
