BOSS BR-8 DIGITAL RECORDING STUDIO
You are bidding on a used 8-track digital recording unit. This is a discontinued model that was extremely popular when it was released in 1999 (it has been replaced by the BR-600 model). If you want an idea of the specs for the BR-600 please go to http://www.bossus.com/index.asp?pg=1&tmp=154. Essentially the BR-8 has similar features (i couldn't find a list of specs for the Br-8 since has been discontinued). the main difference is that the Br-8 uses a zip disk rather than a compact flash card.
I have used this to record demo's for my band. I am selling it only because i have upgraded to a 12-track recorder. This unit would be ideal for those who have limited recording skills or need a simple recorder. The BR-8 on the other hand packs everything needed to record a good quality demo. Just to mention a few, it includes 64 Virtual tracks, a host of COSM effects and can be used as a mixer.
It comes with the original manual and is guaranteed to be in 100% working condition.
