Thanks for looking at my items!
I'm currently helping my Mom clean out some items of the house. My Dad got a couple boxes of vintage over stock from a record store years ago... and I'm going through some of the boxes now. I know he came into the possession of the box in the early 1990's.
Some of the albums I'll have multiples of, and others may have remainder or overstock marks on them. I'll point them out accordingly.
They have been in a box in storage for a long time, so they smell pretty musty.
This album is AHH ... THE NAME IS BOOTSY, BABY! by the BOOTSY'S RUBBER BAND. Published by WARNER BROTHERS circa 1977.
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY - TECHNICALLY STILL SEALED, but CELLOPHANE BROKEN IN MULTIPLE PLACES.
There is a remainder mark in the upper RIGHT hand corner of the cover (a small cut edge or drill hole to indicate that it was either an advanced copy or overstock). Where the hole was made you can see that some of the cellophane has started to come open. If you look at the top and bottom of the front and back covers you can see some mils scuffing on the cellophane that has the shape of the record from being in storage. The lower right hand corner of the cover, has the cellophane receding as well.
The biggest thing I want to point out is that even through it is not completely opened, because of the age and scuffing on the edge of the sleeve which has cause it to open along edge of the sleeve. It's NOT completely open... but if you look at the pics, you will be able to see that about 2/3rd's of the seal opened. Even though the LP is TECHNICALLY STILL NEW and the record has never been removed from the SLEEVE... I just wanted to make sure no one is dissapointed with their order. SO please look at PHOTOS.
Still has various price tags and stickers.
