Cover is VG+ corner hole punch ; light shelf wear , corner bump. the pasted on back "slick" is slightly peeling at corners from age as pictured . Original insert is very crisp condition

Disc is VG++ looks hardly played ; super shiny and glossy ; only a couple of very light sleeve scuffs / hairlines , which can barely be seen . Very slight edge warp or "lip wave" which does not effect play on my system .
