Jamaican reggae superstar Bob Marley will go down is history as the most famous and best loved reggae artist of all time. He made such an impact in the short time he was on Earth that he will be remembered forever. Marley's amazing legacy of music and philanthropy will live on as long as music exists! His 1984 album 'Legend' is still one of the best selling albums of all time. (A whopping TWENTY FIVE MILLION copies sold all over the world, and counting!) In 2020, a version of 'Legend' came out on a special picture disc LP. It comes in a die-cut sleeve, showing that iconic Marley pose on the A side, and a live shot of Bob on the B side. The back of the sleeve also shows the song titles and credits. This is STILL SEALED and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED! (The pic of the back of the 'Legend' pic disc is a stock photo, so you can see the B side. This copy listed here today has never been opened.) One of the greatest reggae albums ever made, on a BRAND NEW picture disc LP? Yes, please!

But you KNOW I'm not done yet, right? Lol I'll also add, to this crazy good deal, a copy of the 1983 release titled 'Confrontation', also on a picture disc LP! This is a UK import, and our friends across the pond know a thing or two about reggae music. It was released nearly FORTY years ago, and is that album's colorful cover artwork on the A side, and the song titles and credits are on the B side. (Along with another very cool shot of Bob!) The vinyl itself has a couple of very light surface marks on it. Nothing too bad, and hardly noticeable. I cannot vouch for the sound quality, as I never play specialty vinyl such as picture discs and colored vinyl records. But if it was made in the early 80s, it will probably sound bad, and full of surface noise. (That's almost guaranteed!)
