Bob Dylan - Subterranean Homesick Blues (Columbia 4-43242) 1965 white label promo 7" 45 (same on both sides).
This 45 was issued on both black vinyl and red vinyl.
This ultra rare pressing is actually a combination of both colors!
It is red vinyl with blotches of black throughout. Apparently, the black wasn't cleaned out thoroughly before manufacturing the red vinyl single, giving this 45 a "purpleish" hue or dark red (see scan).
Very few copies of this "error" were pressed! This is only the second copy of this pressing we've heard of in 25 years!
