You are bidding on a super rare copy of the Bob Dylan classic "Blonde On Blonde" - this copy is the white label MONO pressing of the album C2L 41 - CL 2517. The punchy mono mix of "Blonde On Blonde" is quite different to the stereo mix. The cover has some light ring wear/rub on the front with a few creases/bends. The back is the same with a little ring wear/rub and a bend in the upper right corner. Both timing strips are attached to the cover and are pretty clean, with only a couple of light stains on the right hand side. The spine is nice and tight with the title nice and readable. No seam splits. The inner spread features the photo of Claudia Cardinale that was removed from subsequent pressings. I have placed the LP's in plain white sleeves for their protection, but you will still be sent the plastic bags that the albums were packaged with. Record one has some spindle marks on both sides, but the labels are clean with no writing. Stamped matrix number in dead wax on side one is XLP113761-2F, side two matrix number is XLP113762-3F. The vinyl has several light scratches, but still has plenty of gloss and plays great. Record Two has only minimal spindle marks, once again very clean with no writing. The vinyl is cleaner than record one with only a couple of light scratches and plays beautifully. Stamped matrix on record two is XLP113763-4B for side one and XLP113764-2B for side two. This is a fantastic copy for any Dylan collector to add to their archive - don't miss out!
