? COLLECTORS ? RARE BLONDIE : HEADLINES PICTURE DISC

Here Is a 1978 Australian Picture Disc Recorded November 4, 1978 Paradise Ballroom, Boston Massachusetts (note that it is misspelled Massachusettes on the back cover). Based on the back cover photo, I suspect this is akin to the Parallel Lines album, with a few different songs.

This disc has been stored in a V.R.P. rice paper inner sleeve (made in Japan) to keep dirt, dust, and scratch free record removal/replacement. The sleeve provides positive protection from “stabilizer drift” (oozing of plastic additives of some polysleeves onto the record) as well as dirt, paper particles, and dust from paper sleeves. All in all, the disc is in about as mint condition as can be had – I have never played it.

The outer sleeve has been stored in a poly sleeve. The outer sleeve has a small bump to the lower left corner and a small bump in the upper right corner. The colors are bright, non faded, sharp and no perceptible wear. No dreaded “ring wear”.

Please review my feedback from past sales of picture discs. I don’t think you will find a collector such as me who would knowingly post a disc that was not accurately described. I have been collecting over 40 years (5000+ albums and 1000+ picture discs) and am now selling them all (storage is a big problem).

No up charges on shipping, actual costs – however I do over package for protection. I add either insurance or delivery receipt charges. I ship internationally, but will have to wait for delivery country to determine exact shipping charges – extra handling & insurance will be added for international shipments.
