Perfect condition – brand new and no signs of use.

Used, but no visible scratches, scuffs or marks.

VERY GOOD (VG)

Minimal light scratches, scuffing and wear, but will not affect playing of the record.

GOOD (G)

Visible light scratches, scuffing wear and minor warps which will not result in record skipping but may result in minor surface noise, crackling and groove wear.

POOR (P)

Record will not play through without skipping, major scratches, scuffing or badly warped.

LABEL GRADING

MINT  (M)

Perfect condition – brand new and no signs of play.

EXCELLENT (EX)

Used, but no visible marks.

Minor markings, minor stains or discolouration

Some records of a certain value are tracked at the rate of $10.00 Records will be posted in a padded bag envelope with cardboard (no more than 4 records per padded bag envelope). Bulk purchases will be packaged in lots of up to 4 records per padded bag envelope. Domestic standard postage service for bulk purchases of 13 to 30 records - $20.00. Extra large orders will be posted in a custom-sized light weight and strong corflute box.

EXPRESS POST (Australia Only)

Express Post envelope up to 500 grams - $15.00; over 500 grams up to 3kg - $20.00; over 3kg up to 5kg - $30.00. Please enquire prior, or at point of purchase, about special postage options you may require so this can be applied when we combine your invoice.

INTERNATIONAL (including New Zealand & Asia Pacific) - INCLUDES TRACKING ON ALL PURCHASES

PLEASE NOTE

Some countries take significantly longer postage times than others, due to Customs in each country. In particular my general experience is Germany, Canada and Chile can take between 3 to 9 weeks. Some parts of France and Italy can take longer than the standard 2 weeks also. Please contact me with any concerns about items, prior opening any cases on eBay.

COMBINED POSTAGE

We offer combined postage, however this doesn’t calculate automatically and the eBay software will claim that I don’t. Invoices will be manually combined and correct postage applied as per rates above. Please request a total by sending me a message, once you have completed shopping. Best way to purchase is on the website rather than the app, as this allows you to put one item in the cart, commit to buy without payment, then the next and so on. This way, I can see the sale on my seller dashboard and can combine the order with correct post. Or you can pay cumulative post and I refund the excess via Paypal. However, the later has more fees for both both of us.
