on the original VERTIGO RECORDS LP cat# 6360 071 from 1972
ORIGINAL SWIRL FIRST PRESSING 1-1 / 2-1 MATRIX!!
('PORKY' & 'PECKO' scripts in runout)
First and foremost an excellent album of classic Sabbath heaviness, mixed with stark visions and pathos - Ozzy Osbourne reigned over vocal precedings, and backed by solid metal!
I saw them showcase this very album release in 1972, and I think I can just hear something...yes, my hearing IS coming back a little ;>)
Seriously though, my ears were still whistling the next morning as I set off for school back then.
Here's the ORIGINAL ISSUE, but most especially - it's in pristine condition, NOT a mark on this disc!
You may have seen a few copies sold on eBay, but if you were waiting to own a lovely NEAR MINT copy, look no further.
Condition;
The vinyl is MINT, but because I really don't have that grade for an archive LP, let's call it NEAR MINT.
the lables are bright and clean & grade pristine NM.
The gatefold cover grades NEAR MINT, and of course has lovely flat booklet/photos inside
