BILLY FURY -FLEXI DISC PLUS EXTRAS

Condition:
On 10th April 1983, a star-studded line-up presented a tribute evening to Billy Fury, entitled "In Thoughts Of You".
Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of the programme, but it included the rare flexi-disc (pictured) featuring the tracks "Devil Or Angel" and "Lost Without You" (Lyntone LYN13078). It is in VG condition.
Also included is a ticket for the performance at the Beck Theatre, Hayes. It is complete (i.e. both halves are present).
Finally, there is a copy of Billy's last album, "The One And Only" (Polydor, POLD5069). This is in EX condition, and the labels are perfectly clean. The sleeve has eight autographs on the rear, presumably artists participating in the show. Not all are legible, but included are Alvin Stardust, Brian Poole, Rocky Sharpe, P.J.Proby, possibly John Miles, and three others. If any of you can help identify the other three, please let me know. (See pic 6)
