Description
Welcome to another quality DTD sales extravaganza, bringing you yet another "rare good deal". On today's docket is the original US Pressing of an anthology of early tunes from the short, sharp, shocked and always prickly Mr. William Bragg entitled Back To Basics on double LP record! In the US the album was printed on the Elektra label and given the catalog number of: 60726-1 way, way back in 1987. This edition was a promotional pressing replete with cut promo notch in sleeve, requisite white LP labels, and a gold promo stamp on the back of the cover.
The albums are in very good shape - the vinyl is still pretty glossy there are however some light scratches and scuffs in places that may present some surface noise. The cover is in good shape too - all seams are intact, but showing a little wear. The cover itself shows some light bin and ring wear, there are a few small spots of discoloration on the front. There is a gold promo stamp on the back of the cover and a promo notch cut into the side. Grab these LPs while it is still available for the taking and enjoy your sonic adventures!!! It them as the showcase some of Bragg's most stark and honest recordings - many feature just the man and his guitar, while a select few enjoy somber accompaniment from wisely chosen piano or horn.

Vinyl Grading Guide:
M/NM: I only use these grades for sealed records (M) or records that are opened but have never or have seldom been played (NM).
Ex: May have some very light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. Should play with very little to no background noise.
VG+: May have some light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. May have some inaudible marks or hairline scratches. May play with minor surface noise/crackle that should only really be noticeable at the most quiet parts of the record.
VG: May have some more intense scuffing and hairline scratches. May also have some deeper scratches that can be felt and may cause popping and/or clicking, but shouldn’t skip. Plays with surface noise that is pronounced and noticeable but doesn’t ruin the listening experience. You can still listen to it and enjoy it, but it is both visually and audibly most definitely used.
Good/Fair/Poor: I won’t sell anything with these grades unless they have high collectable value.
