***very rare, original first U.S. mono issue, thick & heavy vinyl deep groove pressing.

Notes:                         rare, original first U.S. mono issue on thick & heavy vinyl deep groove pressing with "trumpet player" logo. This first issue LP hard ever surfaces for sale! And this one is really nice. The vinyl is very, very clean with a high sheen to the surface, just a hair shy of a true NM. The labels are solid and free of any flaws or defects. The gate fold jacket is in solid dhape with excellent seams. There's some light surface wear at a couple corners and a couple spots of minor ring wear. A must for Billie Holiday collectors.
