Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)
Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out.

Record:
Side A: VG+ - It has a good amount of feel able and superficial marks. It doesnt look to be a VG so I believe it should be graded as a lower end VG+.
Side B: VG+ - It has a good amount of feel able and superficial marks. It doesnt look to be a VG so I believe it should be graded as a lower end VG+.
Jacket: VG/VG+ - Top and left seems are tapped, bottom seem is partially split. "69" written in a sharpie on the front (see photo), bottom right crease and some minor ring wear on the front. As for the back, its overall very clean just has a "69" written on it as well in a sharpie, a "3.98" written in a pencil on the top left corner (see photo), some minor ring wear and minor water spots. Overall very clean cover front and back except the writing and seem splits.
Insert (inner sleeve): Yes (looks to be original)
NOTES: VERY RARE 1st US MONO Pressing with Scott LaFaro on bass, DG (deepgroove) trench on labels......get this while you can!!
