Rare vinyl promo version of the shelved album from Bilal, which was intended to follow up the excellent '1st Born Second'. Label politics got in the way, and on-line leaks sunk any hopes of a full release for this nu-soul gem. With Dre and Dilla contributing, as well as production from Bilal himself, this shouldn't be overlooked. One of the best soul albums never to come out! New double VINYL LP!!!
