Columbia Records gab die folgende Erklärung an Plattenläden ab: "Aufgrund menschlicher Fehler im Celebrate Records-Werk in Deutschland,
das Sony zur Herstellung von Vinyl verwendet,
enthielt ein kleiner Teil des europäischen Laufs der Beyoncé-Vinyl" Lemonade "
Musik der kanadischen Punkband ZEX auf Side A.
Beyoncé und ZEX waren sich des Drucks nicht bewusst oder dafür verantwortlich.
Versicherter Versand mit Hermes für 4,30 Euro. Versand als Paket mit DHL für 7,00 Euro.
