Awesome Beatles "Yesterday & Today" STEREO 3rd State Butcher Cover!!
If you are looking for a genuine and authentic 3rd State PROFESSIONAL peeled Stereo Butcher Cover of a higher grade then this might be for you ! These STEREO jackets are at least 5X as rare as their mono counterparts but some say 10X as rare. At any rate, MONO was still the more produced designation in 1966 as far as Beatles records go!
Original Authentic Original #2 (Scranton) East coast 3rd State STEREO Butcher Cover of the album ‘Yesterday and Today’ issued in June of 1966 in The United States. The matching stereo record is in hardly played VG+ good condition with great looking labels. The removed trunk slick is in one piece with a few small tears to in the middle. Also included is the original Golden Rod 1966 company inner sleeve in great shape + a copy of "The Capitol Records" recall letter also included. See photos. Although it is sad each week to see more and more recently poorly peeled covers go up for sale, the good news is that jackets such as this that present well with a frameable Trunk Slick are only increasing in value as more and more get destroyed each week by amateur peel attempts.
