Notes

Initial numbered edition with top opening G & L gatefold sleeve, black inners, poster & 4 colour prints, dark green Apple labels with ? & "Sold In The UK...." text.
This was released in error omitting the text 'E.M.I. Recording' on the label, so a second version The Beatles was promptly released with the corrected labels.

Eric Clapton uncredited on A7 for contractual reasons.

All the above indicate the vinyl to be a first press 1968 u.k mono no 23 . sold for 4000gbp about 13 yrs ago...
This item was most likely given to one of the beatles or a friend of theirs, possibly family, incredibly low number.
The album stayed at no. 1 for 9 weeks, and was also the first double l.p to reach no 1
All indications point to this being an incredible item indeed.
Certain tracks credited to apple music, on the lp labels.
Eric Clapton uncredited on A7 for contractual reasons.
