Description

THE BEATLES

"Something New"

UK EXPORT ONLY Parlophone STEREO CPCS101, black & yellow label first pressing VIRTUALLY MINT.

A local resident was stationed in Germany in the mid-60's and bought his records at the military PX, which is where many, many EXPORT ONLY versions of UK, US, German & Swiss LP's were sold. Among the most notable of the UK export LP's of course, are the British Parlophone pressings of the US VERSIONS of the Beatles' LP's.

This particular soldier bought a lot of records which, apparently, he never had time to play! This has been opened, but the original export shrinkwrap and the $2.50 PX price tag is still on it!

Thus, the flip-back cover is virtually PRISTINE MINT WHITE, the cover has NO lamination creases whatsoever, the LP FIGHTS when pulled out of the poly-lined inner sleeve where it has rested undisturbed for 40 years.

You will NEVER EVER find a cleaner of copy of this unless you find one still sealed. This cover is perfect, the LP is STUNNING !!! You could comb your hair with the vinyl as a mirror. Happy bidding and good luck, you'll wait a LONG time to see another one like this.

TRACKS:
