THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE MEGA RARE SGT PEPPERS LP WITH THE LABEL ERROR ON SIDE 2 WHICH OMITS THE LAST TRACK "A DAY IN THE LIFE".THESE ARE SO RARE BUT TO FIND ONE IN TRULY SUPERB CONDITION IS EVEN HARDER.THIS IS DEFINATELY A COPY TO KEEP AND CHERISH.
The vinyl is in absolutely superb condition with only a very few whispy hairlines and still retains all of its deep shine and lustre and that just pressed look.The sound quality is superb with no pops,skips,repeats or jumps.The labels are clean and bright with very minimal spider marks.There is ringwear but this lp has been well looked after and placed carefully on the record deck.The matrix codes are side 1 xex 637-1 side 2 xex 638-1 stamper codes are side 1 37 MRR side 2 2 DRM.The cut-out insert is in excellent condition and the sleeve is in lovely condition and still creaks when it is opened.The flipbacks are complete and the spine is fully readable.There are only a few creases in the laminated sleeve and the opening edges are remarkably straight.The corners all have minimal rubbing with the front right lower corner showing 8mm loss of colour on bottom edge.There is a KT tax code on the side 2 label.
