ORIGINAL MONO PRESSING ON THE BLACK & YELLOW PARLOPHONE LABEL

Label is marked: "The Gramophone Co. Lts." & "Sold in U.K."

Matrix: S1: '579-1' S2: '578-1' (denotes first 'Mother').

The Tax Code ('TN') unusually is printed within the run-off groove.

VINYL, IS VISUALLY, ONLY IN GOOD CONDITION

HOWEVER

IT PLAYS AS VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT

I have played it on a very sensitive set up (Nottingham Analogue + Ortofon 520) and I would estimate 90% of the sound is hardly affected - certainly no jumps or sticking etc. Surface noise is present but mainly between tracks. If played on a 'mono' or 'spherical' stylus then you can cut the surface noise down by about 50%! BUT I am not saying that OVERALL it is better than 'very good'.
