                                  the rare 331/3 small prefix on the left hand side of the label which was removed

                                  shortly after error was noticed making this the rare 1st issue after gold labels

                                  these very first yellow & black issues also had the gold mono Ernest J Day

                                  sleeves with Angus Mcbean printed lower right hand corner beginning under

                                  the S of songs also comes with  the EMI   Emitex die-cut inner  sleeve

                                  Vinyl cleaned on a Loricraft PRC3 professional cleaning machine using

                                  L'art du son cleaning fluid and play tested on a Technics SL1210 turntable

                                  Vinyl  VG matrix  XEX 421 - N / XEX 422 - N stampers 1 RM  12 GO

                                  responded well to cleaning visible surface marks and scuffs on both sides

                                  some surface noise between tracks but no jumps. Sleeve VG 

                                  Sellotape bottom edge to repair some splitting nice shiny laminated front also

                                  nice clean rear sleeve one of the better condition sleeves for it's age

                                  rare NEMS outer polythene sleeve has plenty of wear and only Good

                                  New Musical Express nice condition well looked after Very Good

GRADING: All of our records are graded using the standard UK Record Collector Grading system as follows:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, 
spine splits, discoloration, etc.

 FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

 POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
