Obviously, an exceptionally rare and desirable lp. This is not the best copy, though its not the worst either....

All important labels are vg++++, in good order, with some colour lessening at the very edge of the spindle hole, otherwise, the best part of the whole thing, very decent and clean.

Sleeve, vg(-) Front is complete, barring a nibble out of each bottom corner. Spine fully readable. Sleeve rear is split on the top of the bottom flipback, all the way along. Would repair fairly invisably, though I haven't tried.No writing to sleeve at all, and McBean credit to the far right. Please see below for rear sleeve photgraph.

Vinyl, looks fairly awful to be honest, (G-/G) lots and lots of surface marks, though seemingly no deep scratches. Some gloss remains, but not all by any means.

Play grade, better.(VG/VG+) Actually plays heaps better than it looks. Side one, all the way through, little noise remarkably.

Side 2, again really good, though it did jump once during A Taste Of Honey the first time I played it. I played it through this passage another 5 or 6 times, and it DIDNT jump again.

So, rare, but flawed. Good points really nice lables, true first press, sleeve not the worst, and plays much better than it looks. If you are on a budget, and don't mind that the vinyl looks pretty ropey, and want it to play it, or just have it in the racks, this might well be the copy for you.

Please note that this is NOT subject to my usual returns offer. It is properly graded at VG(-) / G-/G, with a label grade of vg+++, and a play grade of VG/VG+, and as such, is sold as seen, I don't want this old girl flying to and fro round the world, because you are hoping I have undergraded it, I haven't. That said, neither have I overgraded it. What I have said, and what you see, is what you will get. If you are not sure, please don't bid, I am comfortable in the fact that somebody will be happy to own this genuine, rare artifact, even with its flaws.
