A fantastic opportunity to own this stunning LP rarity, a Beatles Black And Gold Parlophone Label PLEASE PLEASE ME mono record!
This is an original 1963 first pressing official LP release with publishing credit Dick James Mus.Co. clearly seen on the label.
Angus Mcbean photo credit in bottom right corner of the cover.
This mono version was actually issued 6 weeks before the stereo, a one time only accurrence.
As it is now 49 years old the condition of the record and its label is fantastic as you can see in the photos provided!
This is the historic album that really kicked off Beatlmania going straight to number one and beginning an uninterupted string of number ones that followed over the years.
The cover is the origonal one it was issued in and is worn somewhat with the bottom part seperated two thirds along with another two inch gap along the left hand side but none of this affecting the front picture ( see photo of front cover ).
With some wear and ageing on the back the general condition of the cover is acceptable due to its age and obvious historical relevance.
