Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

Original 1966 Stereo Pressing!

This listing is for a rare, original 1966 stereo pressing of the Beatles LP 'Revolver'.

In 1966 Stereo was still being outsold by the cheaper mono format and so far fewer copies were sold. Today it is very hard to find original stereo copies of the groups original releases on Parlophone!

Tax Code on Disc KT Sleeve Manufacturer Garrod and Lofthouse Side 1 Matrix Number YEX 605-1 Side 2 Matrix Number YEX 606-1 Side 1 Stampers 3 / HM Side 2 Stampers 2 / PO Cover Condition The cover is in VG condition. It's holding up nicely with a little wear and tear. Front is nice with a clean laminate and just some light rubbing. There's some small creases around the edges and the cover has creamed a little. Top and bottom seams are both holding fine with no wear or splitting. The spine is holding fine with just a few little creases running through it and has no splitting or wear of any kind. All text is fully legible. The back is clean but has a little rubbing, most noticeably on the mouth edge which is showing some light wear and disc impression. Overflaps are holding tight with no peeling or tears. There's a small tear on the mouth edge that runs about an inch or so in from the edge. Overall, looking okay but beginning to show its age. Inner Sleeve Condition - Inserts Condition - Disc Condition
 (VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in G+/VG- condition. The disc has a nice shine to it. Side 1 looks clean with just some light scuffs and surface marks, nothing heavy. Side 2 brings the grade down as it has has a lot more scuffing and light marks all over. Nothing deep or nasty, but noticeable. Label Condition The labels are in VG+/EX- condition. The labels are really clean with no writing, rubbing, stickers etc. There's a fair amount of light but noticeable spindlewear and just a touch of whitening around thew centrehole.

 


All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.
