THE BEATLES THIRD CHRISTMAS (1965) FAN CLUB RECORD. An original Beatles Fan Club Record issued in DECEMBER 1965. This is a one sided Flexi Disc produced by Lyntone for the Parlophone label. The Lyntone reference is "LYN 948". This record is 331/3 R.P.M.
The record was made after the Beatles finished work on their album “Rubber Soul” and issued exclusively for members of the Fan Club.
Both sides of the cardboard sleeve are in MINT CONDITION.
The record is unscratched with the original label in MINT CONDITION. There are some finger marks on the disc. The disc has not been played for 45 years and currently I do not have a turntable. I do not have the newsletter insert.
And uniquely I am also including in the sale the original envelope in which the record was posted. The franking shows that it was posted in “EAST GRINSTEAD GREAT BRITAIN on 15 DEC 1965” at a cost of 6d (2 ½p). For selling on eBay I have temporarily obscured part of the original address.
A very desirable collector’s item.
