Description

Description

This auction is for a Version 1 copy of "Introducing The Beatles" from 1964 on Vee Jay LP-1062 in mono. This is the 1st version with the songs "P.S. I Love You" & "Love Me Do" with the oval logo & colorband label. This has "AudioMatrix" stamped on both sides of the LP in the dead wax. This is a decent copy of this rather rare LP (books for $800.00 NM) & plays extremely well.

Condition

  • Cover : The cover is in VG condition. This appears to have been exposed to some light moisture/humidity as the front slick has come partly unglued & the cover has a few ripples. This is still a very presentable cover with solid seams & nice corners. There is some very light soiling on the back but there is no ringwear. Make sure to check out all of the pictures. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.

  • Vinyl : The vinyl is in shiny VG condition. This still retains all of it gloss with a few light surface marks/hairlines. There is 1 light scratch where 2 light clicks can be heard but otherwise this plays & sounds extremely good.

  • Labels : The labels are in VG+ condition with no trails.
